(10 - 11) sessions that are held on Sundays at the Thomas Smith Athletic Center (TSAC), in North Buffalo (Shoshone Park) 445 Beard Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14214.
Sessions will run 2-hours.
Sessions are from 9:00am - 11:00am.

* The schedule shows (11) dates, but the program is designed to include (10) sessions.
